Celebrating Welsh language, music, and arts, it brings together performers, audiences, and communities from across the country.
In 2025, Funky Fridays was honoured to deliver both crew catering and the Platiad public restaurant, showcasing fresh Welsh produce to a huge and diverse audience.
Crew catering: feeding hundreds of staff, performers, and volunteers daily with hearty, balanced meals that kept everyone fuelled throughout long festival days.
Platiad restaurant: a public-facing dining experience featuring seasonal Welsh produce and modern menus designed to celebrate the festival’s heritage.
